"Bookkeeping for Small Businesses"

Are you going to give your Accountant this years business records compiled on manual spreadsheets, Excel sheets or even a Dome book? These methods of bookkeeping are time-consuming, and are not likely to give you monthly financial reports.

Statistics show that improper bookkeeping can be the main cause of many companies failing within the first three years of business. You don’t have to be a CPA to understand the monthly financial status of your business. If you are trying to keep your own books,  are you able to see your profit & loss each month.  If you’re answer is "NO!”, then it is time for a ‘Bookkeeping Makeover.’

With over 35-years in the bookkeeping profession, I have seen significant changes in bookkeeping methods. Currently, most of my clients are using QuickBooks® Accounting Software. As the non-Accountant's financial software, QuickBooks® has greatly simplified the bookkeeping process and is used by 92 percent of small businesses. No accounting package, however user-friendly, can be operated properly without sufficient understanding of its features and functionality.
